🛍️ What types of products do you offer?
En nuestra tienda encontrarás una amplia variedad de opciones para tu gato: comida húmeda (en salsa y en gelatina), pienso sin cereales, cinco tipos de snacks, arenas biodegradables y packs ahorro con descuentos exclusivos.
🚚 How much is shipping and what is the minimum for free shipping?
Shipping costs €4.99, but is free on orders over €39, for both peninsular Spain and Portugal.
📦 How do you handle order fulfillment and shipping?
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday morning. If you place your order in the morning on a working day, we try to prepare it on the same day. If you place it in the afternoon, we prepare it the next morning. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend are prepared on Monday morning. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking number. From then on, the delivery time is usually 48 hours.
